Pacific Sun Develoments

Pacific Sun Developments, a company formed, no more than 4 years ago. The primary purpose for the creation of this organization was derived from the increasing demand of the Real Estate Developments in the Mid Pacific Central Region added to elevated level of quality the new purchasing market required.

As such, a new option located in a pristine location with the utmost in levels of quality, luxury and comfort was created and given a name - Pacific Sun Estates Condominiums. The missing ingredient of the affordable pricing was added and soon the vision transformed itself into reality.

The initial phase began with a total of 28 units, of which all were sold less than six months. As the fist model was revealed, an increasing demand for more units was unleashed. Consequently the second phase was created with added features and various options, which amazingly starting selling even faster than the initial phase itself. Hence the third phase was added and is experiencing a similar scenario.

Even though Pacific Sun Estates offered an envious location, surrounded by primary and secondary forest, and only a couple of minutes from two major Mid Pacific Beach Destinations, the demand for our highly acclaimed product, but within a beach location drove us to purchase and develop our most recent development located in the heart of Downtown Jaco - Pacific Palms Condominium & Resort.

Pacific Sun Developments offers its own travel agency, offering private escorted tour services, V.I.P transfer, concierge and orientation tourist services, amongst others.
